Jan Bojanowski
Jan Bojanowski was born on October 6, 1992 in Łódź, where he grew up and went to school. He studied chemistry at Lodz University of Technology and graduated from organic chemistry in 2016. Upon graduation he decided to continue his work in the field of organocatalysis and started his Ph.D. studies under the guidance of Łukasz Albrecht at the same university. His current research focuses on asymmetric organocatalytic synthesis of various heterocyclic compounds. In his free time he enjoys photography and plays the piano.
